We applied yesterday because we getting out of the over sized house. Kids all grown up. I currently don't work but year to date my husband has made over 40,000 and since I don't have income I was denied but the only way to get into this 1 bedroom apartment (725 per month rent) was to re-run my husbands credit and background and just put me on it as occupant not part of the lease and pay another 50 bucks for another application fee after we've already paid 100.00 in application fees. So the refund of my 250.00 will take 30 to 40 DAYS! So we are going to shop around because all that just sounds shady and a reason to milk for more money upon move in. I've read a lot of negative reviews about this place after I applied and now that I'm reading reviews from this site I have to compare most of these on this site have to bogus and paid reviews by the staff. Mine however, is very accurate. I called my bank they are well informed and spoke with the fraud department.
they are milking for money bc if I didn't call her she would've waited til 72 hour deadline for cancellation and we either do what they ask or forfeit all monies at that point.
So shop around when in Chattanooga Tn for any apartments like this. The security deposit of 250 and application fees of 100 were taken from our account the same day but gonna take 30 to 40 days for a refund.
